Secretary to the GM

– Support the GM and assist in the day-to-day running of his office;
– Organize and maintain diary and schedule appointments;
– Arrange travel, visas, accommodation and expense report;
– Handle incoming email, corresponding on behalf of the GM;
– Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and presentations & take minutes;
– Responsible for HR administration, including documentation, procedures, record keeping and reports;
– Responsible for marketing administration, updating of website and social media;
– Handle general administrative work

– 3 years secretarial/administrative experience, preferably in a similar support role;
– Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with outstanding grammar and spelling
– Good Maltese verbal communication skills;
– Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and web search are essential.
– Ability to work with numbers and an analytical mind which is able to process information logically
– Excellent communication and social skills at all levels, with the ability to build good working relationships;
– Experience in event planning and excellent time management skills
